'User', 'you' refers to any individual accessing the Platform.

BrokerWise provides educational content, analysis, and tools related to financial brokers and investing for informational purposes only. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker, or dealer. The Content provided is not financial advice, and you should not construe any such information or other material as legal, tax, investment, financial, or other advice. All investment decisions are your own sole responsibility.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by us.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
If you purchase a 'Pro Access' subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees. Fees are billed on a subscription basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change the fees for any subscription at any time, but we will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any such changes.

All Content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BrokerWise Educational Services Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. BrokerWise makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties. In no event shall BrokerWise be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of New Brunswick, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
